This is how it works very easily

select the appropriate order and click on “request a return”
2. Wait for our reply!
We will check a request and send you a return label.
3. Pack goods,
Stick on the return label and hand it in at the nearest DHL acceptance point.

This is important to note
The goods must be returned within the legally valid period, in perfect, undamaged and unused condition and in proper packaging (original packaging).
We reserve the right to deduct any reduction in value or expenses due to damage, missing parts, contamination or obvious signs of use in an amount equal to our restoration costs, but at least 15% of the value of the goods. This also includes damage, marks and transport damage caused by improper packaging.
Freight costs for the return are borne by the return sender and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns within Germany, we can provide a return label upon request. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. The amount of the return shipping costs correspond to the shipping costs.
